STEP Academy Trust recognise that our academies are based at the heart of the communities which we serve. We are therefore committed to making all suitable facilitates available to hire wherever we can do so safely and in a way which does not compromise on our educational offer.

Conditions of Hire
Our Head Teachers are responsible for ensuring that children and adults are safe when they hire one of our facilities. They do this by ensuring that we only agree to hire facilities when our Conditions Of Hire (include within our Lettings Policy) are fully met.
As a result, the hire of school facilities will generally be most appropriate for established organisations who have the right insurances, policies and procedures in place. This means that school facilities are unlikely to be suitable for personal hire (eg parties) and ‘one-off’ hires.
We particularly welcome lettings enquiries from sports and community groups who are looking to use our facilities on a regular basis, and/or looking to develop meaningful relationships with our academies to support the community.
